When will I receive my Braai Broekies after I place my order?

  • Once you have placed your order, we will dispatch it the next day. The delivery time is 2-3 working days, based on how far away from Cape Town you are located.

I pre-ordered a Braai Broekie that was out of stock, how long until my order is dispatched?

  • Pre-orders will be dispatched within 2 weeks of purchase. We are constantly producing more Braai Broekies!

I don’t want to pay for delivery, can I collect my order in person?

  • Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to allow for collections at the moment. This will be changing soon! Please contact us if you are desperate for your Braai Broekies, and we can make a plan.

There is something wrong with my Braai Broekie, what should I do?

  • We will gladly replace and deliver any manufacturing defects with a new pair of Braai Broekies, at no additional cost to you! Please fill in the form on the Contact Us page and we can arrange an exchange via email.

I bought the wrong size Braai Broekie, how can I exchange it?

  • We will send a courier to collect your Braai Broekie. We will send a second courier as well, to deliver the new size you need. This will be at a delivery charge of R99 x 2 = R198.
  • Organize your own courier / in-person exchange at our head office in Bergvliet, Cape Town. Please fill in the form on the Contact Us page to get more details.

My emails are not being delivered to info@braaibroekies.co.za. How do I contact BraaiBroekies?

I have made my order online, but I have not received any confirmation email, please confirm that you have received my order?

  • Please check your SPAM folder on your emails, sometimes our confirmation email goes straight there.
